Campingpark Hüttensee

1. arrival and departure times

Your pitch will be available to you from 13:00 on the day of arrival.
Your rental accommodation is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
We kindly ask you to leave your pitch/rental accommodation by 11:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. If you use more than 5 KwH/day, we will send xou a separate invoice by e-mail. A later departure than originally planned is possible in some cases on request. Charging of electric / hybrid vehicles is prohibited.

2. booking & payment

The following payment conditions apply to your reserved pitch/ rental accommodation:

    Deposit of 20% of the tour price received in our account within 14 days of reservation.
    Final payment of the travel price 30 days before arrival in our account
    For bookings made at short notice within 30 days prior to arrival, the entire tour price is due for payment immediately in one amount upon receipt of the booking confirmation/invoice, received in our account within 6 days after receipt of the booking confirmation/invoice or at the latest on the last working day prior to arrival.

Special regulations in connection with pandemics (in particular the Corona virus)

    1. The parties agree that the agreed travel services will always be provided by the respective service provider in compliance with and in accordance with the official requirements and conditions applicable at the time of travel.
    2. The traveller agrees to observe reasonable regulations or restrictions on use of the service providers when using travel services and to inform the tour guide and the service provider immediately in the event of any typical symptoms of illness.

3. stay

   1. Listening to music via music boxes is not permitted. In the interest of everyone, music may only be played through mobile phone loudspeakers.
   2.  The stay on the Campingpark Hüttensee is reserved for our guests exclusively for holiday, leisure and recreational purposes. The exercise of a trade, any kind of sale, as well as exhibition is not permitted.

4. cancellation

You can cancel your booking at any time before the start of your holiday. The withdrawal must be declared in writing. The date of receipt of the cancellation declaration by us is decisive for the date of cancellation. In the event of cancellation of your booking we will charge:

    Up to 49 days before arrival 0 % of the tour price
    From 48 to 30 days before arrival 20 % of the tour price
    From 29 to 7 days before arrival 50 % of the tour price
    From the 6th day before arrival, the day of arrival as well as in case of no-show 90% of the tour price

5. rebooking

A single rebooking up to 7 days before arrival must be made in writing. The date of receipt of the rebooking declaration by us is decisive for the rebooking period. Rebooking for a new travel period is possible in tnh same year or the following year and must be made within a maximum of 14 days. After a rebooking to a new travel period, the cancellation conditions (see §4) remain effective for the originally booked period.
